About Us
Our Massage Therapists love
what they do - and you will too.
They are highly trained, motivated, and dedicated to help you feel your absolute best. Each body is different, every massage should be too.
Your Massage Therapist will implement various massage techniques -
deep tissue, trigger point - and incorporate them into your massage to address your specific needs.

Always arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment in case you should need to use the restroom. You'll also talk with your therapist about your needs prior to your massage.
All massages include the use of essential oils. You'll even select your favorite scent.
Hot stones are used in motion in and out of the massage. Please ask for extra hot stones during your massage if they are a favorite for you.
All therapists have access to a percussion gun to get into jammed up areas. Discuss this with your therapist at the beginning of your appointment.
All therapists can do cursory cupping. Again, please make this request when you meet with your therapist if you prefer this modality used during your sessions.
Everything is optional.
If there is something you do or do not want, please convey this information to your therapist.
Never be shy while on the therapist's table. If you need more or less pressure at any stage, please communicate this to your therapist. They are eager to meet the pressure needs of their clients.
